American Roots
The NBE dives deep into the heart of American music. Together with Native American singer Pura Fé, musical phenomenon and descendant of the Tuscarora tribe, the NBE explores the beauty of Native American culture. Also in search of our roots in nature was Philip Glass. His iconic film music `Koyaanisqatsi`, in arrangement for the Blazers runs like a thread through the programme. Like a meandering river, the two musical landscapes merge, with live projections by young visual artist Vincent Rang.
American Roots was also originally scheduled for October 2023. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances of guest artist Pura Fé, these concerts have been cancelled.
