We appreciate your interest in supporting the NBE. There are several ways to contribute: with a one-time donation, as a corporate partner, or as a Lotgenoot.

Auditions take place each year in May. Are you a conservatory student, or a recent graduate from a Dutch conservatory, and do you play flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, horn, trumpet, saxophone, (bass) trombone, percussion or double bass/bass guitar? Then you can audition!

NBE stands for Nederlands Blazers Ensemble, sometimes translated to Netherlands Wind Ensemble. You can read all about the NBE here. 

If you can’t find your ticket, please contact the theatre where you purchased it. They will be able to assist you.

Anyone who is 18 years old or younger at the time of registration can take part! You enter with an original piece of music lasting no longer than four minutes. You may write this piece for your own instrument or voice, for your band or another ensemble you play in, or for jongNBE — with yourself included, if you like.

The Young Composers Competition takes place every year. Applications usually open before the summer and close in the autumn. You can find all the information about taking part in the Composition Competition here.
