September 2026 – A special start to the season! Together with International Refugee Foundation, the NBE is organising two performances to mark the International Day of Peace.
On Saturday 19 September at PHIL Haarlem and Monday 21 September at TivoliVredenburg Utrecht, we will present a varied programme filled with music, stories and encounters. Joining us as special guests are Bahram Sadeghi, Roufaida and Bahghi, alongside Consensus Vocalis and, of course, the TARAB Choir.
This year, once again, we are connecting with musicians in refugee camps supported by the Netherlands Refugee Foundation. We will perform together with musicians in Burkina Faso, Lebanon and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. In this way, music brings people and worlds together.
